My family and I had a wonderful time here! We only left once, we enjoyed the pool and cooking on the grill - made lots of memories! There’s a great view of the downtown buildings it looks beautiful. The interior of the home was great, AC worked wonderfully, had everything we needed to make our meals. My bed specifically was soo comfortable, always got a good nights sleep. Thank you Nitish for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay and Nitish was always available before and during our stay ready to go with recommendations and was extremely easy to work with. The main house is beautiful and the outdoor pool was stunning! The disconnected two bedroom area is not usable in my opinion though. It is not held to the same standard of the main home and it is run down and had a very bad smell. Overall I gave it five stars because all the main hang out areas were great, Nitish was easy to work with and we loved the location being easy to get everywhere

I had a group if 12 people stay in Nitish's place and it was amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the location was perfect. Everything you need is right there and just a short uber to all the popular Austin spots. Rainey street is walkable but also just a 5 minute uber. 6th street is also very close and you are in the heart of downtown Austin. The pool was great and the trailer in the backyard is a great addition to the home. It comes with a AC and two queen beds as well as a full kitchen and full bathroom. It was great for 2 people to stay comfortably. Everything about the place was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay as close to downtown Austin as possible.

Really great space that accommodated any activity we had planned at the house. Super close uber ride to restaurants and bars. Super modern, fun, comfortable space. Had a great time. I'd rent this Airbnb again.

This is a beautiful four-bedroom home with a stunning pool and a gorgeous backyard. The main house is spacious and lovely, and the location is unbeatable. You're tucked into a quiet neighborhood but just an 8-minute walk from downtown Austin. Note: the listing describes six bedrooms, but the main house has four. The additional sleeping space is a tiny home on a trailer in the backyard. It has two beds but is a single open space with steep stairs, and limited privacy. It's charming in concept but was not in good condition during our stay. Cleanliness was a real issue, and the humidity and moisture created problems for our group. The main house was clean enough but could use more attention, particularly the kitchen and refrigerator. That said, the host was genuinely kind and very responsive. When issues came up he worked with us to find solutions, which we appreciated. If you're a group of four or five and you go in knowing what the space is, you'll likely have a wonderful time!
